“42” is a photographic record of the days of the strict lockdown in Greece, from March 23 to May 4, 2020. For forty-two consecutive days, my world was confined to the few square meters of my home. By turning the camera exclusively toward my family and our daily life, I tried to understand how time, fear, safety, and boredom reshape even the simplest moments.

Photographing with no possibility of escape, I found myself closer to a truth we often overlook: that everyday life, no matter how restricted is, holds depth, intensity, and its own quiet drama. “42” is an attempt to capture this fragile balance,to give form to a period of time we all experienced collectively but lived through individually..
